A memorable academic year
Before saying goodbye to teachers, friends, and school for the summer break, Jaguars took time to look back on a year filled with unforgettable memories. Let’s listen to their reflections in the final eNewsletter of the academic year 2025 – 2026!
The moment of looking back on the past academic year feels like a film of memories rapidly playing through one’s mind, evoking countless nostalgic emotions. For every Jaguar, it is a film painted with their own unique “palette” of feelings, filled with the most unforgettable memories deeply etched in each student’s heart.
For Le Cao Tue Anh – Year 5, “it was a year filled with beautiful memories, exciting moments, and meaningful connections.” Meanwhile, for Nguyen Tran Ha My – Year 7, “new things, challenges, and growth are the most accurate words I use to describe my journey throughout the year.”
Not only was it an academic year filled with beautiful memories, but it was also a journey in which students learned to nurture the “precious gems” of curiosity and a love for learning within themselves, allowing them to shine brighter on their path of acquiring knowledge and developing their personal character.
“Throughout this year, I have gained a lot of valuable knowledge thanks to the dedicated teaching of my teachers. They were always ready to support and guide me in my studies, encouraging me to keep trying whenever I faced difficult problems. As a result, my Vietnamese writing skills and my problem-solving skills in Mathematics have improved significantly. Although I still have shortcomings, these small steps of progress are meaningful achievements formed through my continuous effort.” – shared Tue Anh.
For Ha My, a successful academic year is not only measured by grades or achievements but also reflected in meaningful changes in her confidence and how she connects with others: “Looking back on my journey, the biggest improvement I see in myself is confidence and teamwork skills. If I used to feel shy when speaking or sharing ideas in front of the class, now I have become more confident, more proactive in contributing ideas, and better at collaborating with my classmates in both academic and class activities. These experiences have taught me how to listen, understand, and connect with others more deeply.”
With persistent effort, a spirit of continuous progress, and the aspiration to affirm themselves, the students have concluded the academic year 2025 – 2026 with proud achievements and meaningful personal growth.
As they prepare to say goodbye to their happy home, SISS, and step into a vibrant summer, our beloved Jaguars carry with them countless emotions and excitement for the journey ahead.
“I would like to sincerely thank SISS and all my teachers for guiding me to become a better person, organizing meaningful extracurricular activities, and creating a positive learning environment where we could gain valuable lessons. I hope that in the coming academic year, I will continue to accompany my teachers and friends to experience even more exciting activities.” – These are heartfelt words that Tue Anh wishes to send to the SISS community after a memorable year.
Closing a journey filled with remarkable milestones, Ha My also shares her loving wishes for SISS, teachers, and friends: “Before starting the summer break, I would like to sincerely thank the School and all my teachers for their dedicated guidance, patience, and for creating a joyful and positive learning environment that allows us to grow every day. I also wish all teachers and friends a summer full of joy, relaxation, and recharged energy to be ready for the journey ahead!”
