Preserving peace through the rhythm of love
Through small yet meaningful acts, Jaguars are contributing to peace and creating a positive learning environment in their own way.

Peace is a priceless gift that each and every one of us must work together to preserve. To do so, we do not always need to begin with something grand, but rather with the way we treat one another with kindness every day. These small acts can help create a connected and loving environment where everyone feels cared for while also knowing how to share their own kindness with those around them.
This environment is nurtured every day at SISS so that every student can be cared for, supported, and grow up surrounded by love. Let’s listen to Trieu Gia Cat – Year 3 and Nguyen Bao Lam – Year 9 share their feelings and memorable stories from their time at SISS – a place where love and kindness are shared every day, allowing the “seeds” of peace to “sprout” from the smallest things.
“At school, I always feel cared for and supported by everyone. That is why I feel very happy every day when I come to school. Among them, my Homeroom Teacher, Ms. Nguyen Pham Cam Tu, is the person who loves, cares for, and looks after me the most. Ms. Tu guides me in my studies and helps me learn many new things. Thanks to her, I am making more and more progress and becoming better at my studies.” – Trieu Gia Cat shared.
Nguyen Bao Lam shared similar feelings: “At SISS, I feel respected and that I belong because everyone is always willing to listen, understand, and wants those around them to become better every day. The moment I remember most is when I made mistakes and did not do well on tests. Instead of scolding me, my teachers cared for me, checked in on me, encouraged me, and gave me the opportunity to correct my mistakes and do better next time. This made me feel very moved and grateful because the learning environment at SISS always gives me the motivation to improve myself.”
When something sincere comes from the heart and touches another heart, it becomes a flame that inspires each individual to share good things, and then continues to spread from one person to another. Over time, kindness, understanding, and respect become part of the community’s culture, and these positive values gradually create peace.
Having the Homeroom Teacher care for and support him every day, Gia Cat has also learned to express love in his own way: “I will try to behave well and study hard so that I do not let down my teacher, who has loved me and taught me. I also want to help my classmates so that they always feel happy.”
Bao Lam is no exception. It is the loving learning environment that has become a source of motivation for him to continue sharing his own kindness with those around him: “I want to spread love to the people around me through small but sincere actions, such as being willing to understand, forgive, and let go of other people’s mistakes when they truly know how to change. I will also wholeheartedly care for, help, and encourage others when they face difficulties so that everyone can feel the warmth and love of the people around them.”
Just like Gia Cat and Bao Lam, when every Jaguar knows how to spread positive values through acts of kindness, good things will continue to multiply, contributing to a community that knows how to love, respect, and live in harmony with one another. From there, peace is no longer a distant ideal but is gradually nurtured through the very small things we share with one another every day.

Jaguars, let’s continue writing this beautiful journey together through positive actions every day, joining hands to protect peace and work towards a better world!
