PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, HEALTH AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION (PDHPE) TEACHER

Sydney Elementary and Secondary School (SISS) is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic PDHPE Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Campus Location: 125 Tran Quoc Thao Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality PDHPE lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum requirements.
Develop, review, and update teaching resources and assessment materials.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress and achievement.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessment, and achievement.
Support school wellbeing initiatives and programs that promote healthy lifestyles and positive relationships.
Contribute to school sporting events and extracurricular programs.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student learning and wellbeing.
Collaborate with teaching staff, learning support personnel, and school leaders to enhance student outcomes.
Participate in professional learning, staff meetings, and other school activities.
Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the school leadership team.

WORKING HOUR

40 hours per week (7:30 – 16:30) from Monday to Friday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Physical Education, Health Education, or a related field.
Recognized teaching qualification (strongly preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in an international school setting.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with students across a range of ages and abilities.
Commitment to student wellbeing and child safeguarding.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team.
